CSS Outline :

An outline is a line that is drawn around elements (outside the borders) to really make the element “stand out“.
Nevertheless, the outline home is distinctive from the border property.
The outline is not part of an element’s sizes; the element’s total width and height is not afflicted with the width of the outline.
